The AI Pipe

Bearvana Creator Desk: review drafts, record outreach, manage follow-ups.

Already working on this page
A draft to review, approval kept apart from sending, a copy action, a send you record by hand with its channel and date, the reminder that follows it, and a reply you log. Nothing is connected and nothing is sent.
Will require an authorised account
Instagram replies arriving as events, enrichment and recent public media for professional accounts, and Creator Marketplace discovery. Each one needs Bearvana to connect an account it owns and to pass App Review, which runs on Meta's clock.
Not promised
No official API opens a conversation with a creator who has not interacted first. TikTok messaging is not included in the proposed scope; availability and account eligibility to be confirmed with TikTok.

A draft, an approval, a send you record, a reminder that follows.

Sample workflow: no accounts connected, no messages sent

  • Draft to reviewSubject: bearvana, a question about working together

    Hi Madi,

I am writing from Bearvana. You published a review naming our Top Support gummies on 8 January 2026, and I wanted to reach out properly rather than leave it at that.

Bearvana makes daily wellness gummies for women, and the range has widened since then into pH support, biotin, sleep and black seed oil.

Would you be open to a conversation about working together, and could you tell me how you usually work with brands?

    Bearvana

Approving is not sending. Copying is not sending. A send exists only once a person records one.

    Contact route.
Business email published, view source profile. A business address is published on her own profile. It is not stored in this desk. A person opens the profile and enters the route before anything is sent.

No sends recorded, response rate not computable.

Profiles selected from public pages on 14 Sep 2026, counts as displayed that day; no automated messaging, likes or follows. Business addresses stay on the source profiles and are not stored here: in version one a person enters the route before anything is sent.

How each channel is tracked

  • Email. What a person records: channel, date, reply. No mailbox integration in this scope.
  • Instagram. What a person records. Once a Bearvana account is connected and approved, replies also arrive as events.
  • TikTok. What a person records. TikTok messaging is not in the proposed scope; eligibility to be confirmed with TikTok.

Five ways this goes wrong first

  1. Basic Display is gone. Retired 4 Dec 2024. Most tutorials still describe it.
  2. An authorisation is not enough. Each account switches on Allow Access to Messages.
  3. Creator Marketplace is not a contact channel. It evaluates creators, it does not write to them.
  4. TikTok messaging is not in scope. Availability and account eligibility are for TikTok to confirm.
  5. The Research API is not for this. Academic researchers only, not commercial users.

Authorisation, and what is not verified

Instagram API with Instagram Login, on professional accounts Bearvana owns. No linked Facebook Page needed for messaging. Marketplace eligibility and the TikTok approval level are not verified on an official page from here, and are checked on Bearvana's own accounts. The full note, with every source.

Nothing logs into an account or drives a session. The Meta app, the hosting, the database and its exports are Bearvana's.

Two lots

  • Lot 1. The CRM, usable with no external approval. Creator records, brand profiles, drafts, approvals, recorded sends, reminders, reporting. Needs no external approval.
  • Lot 2. Integrations, limited to access that has been granted. Connected Bearvana accounts, Instagram reply events, enrichment, Creator Marketplace. Each ships when its access is granted.

Timeline

  • Lot 1. Depends on nobody else. Starts on a list the team supplies.
  • App Review and business verification. Runs on Meta's clock. Its own line on the plan, started early, never inside a development estimate.
  • Lot 2. Each integration ships after its own access is granted. Nothing promised as connected by a fixed date.
